Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

I understand that I will be required to check my child(ren) in each night in order to receive a pick-up ticket. (Required)

I understand that I must come into the sanctuary at the end of the night and present my pick-up ticket to my child's teacher in order to check him/her out. (Required)

I understand that if I am unable to pick my child(ren) up at the end of the night, the person I give permission to will need to present either the pick-up ticket or a picture of the pick-up ticket in order to check my child(ren) out. (Required)

Releases

Photo Release (Required)

Permission to photograph/video your child(ren) and use those photographs/videos for promotional purposes

Liability Release (Required)

Permission for VBS director and/or pastor to make decisions concerning medical treatment of your child(ren). Agreement to release Parrish First Baptist Church, and its members and volunteers from all liability, costs, and damages which could arise from participation in PFBC activities. Agreement to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to medical treatment.
